Sweet Devilled Eggs

6 hard-boiled eggs--peeled
2-3 tablespoons of mayonaisse or Miracle Whip
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 or 2 squirts of prepared mustard
paprika (optional)

Cut peeled eggs in half, lengthwise. Pull the yolks out of the whites and place in small mixing bowl. Mash the yolks with the back of a fork and add the mayo or Miracle Whip, pickle relish and mustard. Mix well.

Spoon or pipe the egg yolk filling back into each of the egg white halves. To decorate each egg, sprinkle some paprika on the yolk mixture. Paprika does not have a flavor of it's own. It is used just to add some color to the eggs.

Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
