Family Recipe of Hot Chocolate Mix

Large Tupperware containers or other air-tight cannisters, etc are needed for this recipe. Make a lot of it to keep on hand when unexpected friends and family stop by to warm up!!!

10 cups non-fat dry milk powder

4 3/4 cups powdered sugar

1 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 3/4 cup non-dairy coffee creamer

2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (optional)

Cinnamon sticks to be used as stir sticks (optional)

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until well-blended. This makes 15 cups of mixture which is equal to 45 servings. Store in the air-tight container until ready to use.

NOTE: ONLY people who are 10-years-old or older should be allowed to use the boiling water!!!

To make a cup to drink, place 1/3 cup powder in a coffee cup or mug. Slowly add 3/4 cup BOILING water, stirring often until fully-dissolved. Top with whipped cream or marshmallows. For fun, place a cinnamon stick in the coffee cup to be used as a stir stick!
