Clean Up Week

We live at 703 N. Second Street. Here are the directions to our home:

1. Go to Wheatland Electric; turn west for 2 blocks.

2. Turn north for 1 1/2 blocks. We live on the east side of the street. We are currently painting our house. Part of it is now light yellow. The other part is still cocoa brown.

Not a moment too soon, we received a newsletter from the City of Leoti notifying us that the annual Spring Clean Up Week will be conducted on Monday, May 2nd, through Friday, May 6th.

This came along just in the nick of time for us! Our storage shed got to the point where it was no longer as effective as it needed to be. We had been storing area rugs, etc in it that are now ruined. The building was knocked down and moved to the alley where it will remain until Clean Up Week. There is some good lumber out there in case you are interested. We believe in the three "R's", Reduce, Recycle and Re-use. If there is something that you want, please come and take it!

Right now, there is a really nice hard plastic jungle gym for younger kids out there. It also includes a built-in slipper slide. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it! Our daughters have sadly outgrown it. It is also by the alley. Come and get it!

There is also a stationary exercise bike that is in good condition.

A small bike for young children is also out there. It probably needs tires.

There is also a stationary swing out there like adults enjoy. It needs some work but the price is just right. Free!!!

Come and get whatever you want. We just ask that if you rummage through the piles, please keep it straightened up.
