Explanation

Just want to let you know that I am definitely not trying to ignore you on my blog! Unfortunately, something is wrong with our central air conditioning. I am sure that the temperature probably climbed to at least 100 degrees today. Our house was ONLY 90 degrees inside... Given the fact that I have a serious heart problem, that temp is way too hot. I am trying to leave the house as much as possible whenever it is this hot but that is not always an option that I have. So...I may only be able to update the blog late in the night when the house cools off somewhat. It was so hot in here last night, that I was still wide awake at 3:00 a.m. At 8:05 a.m., I forced myself out of bed so that I could get housework and laundry started before it was too warm. By noon, it was already 82 degrees inside. Can you imagine how hot it would have been had our air conditioner not been working as well as it was???

It is 10:00 p.m. now. Its 85 outside and only 80 inside. It's getting better! At times like this, I wonder how in the world people survive these dreadful days without air conditioning??? I have been sooo sick and weak for the past two days. Enough, already!!! Unfortunately, we're looking at triple digit temps for at least another week. URRGGHH!!!
