First layer:
2 cups crushed pretzel crackers
4 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup margarine, melted
Mix together and bake for 6 minutes at 400 degrees. Let crust cool.
Second layer:
8-ounce cream cheese
8-ounce Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix together and spread on cooled pretzel mixture.
Third layer:
1 (16 ounce) package strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 package FROZEN strawberries, SLICED OR CHOPPED
Mix jello with the hot water until well mixed. Add the cold water and stir. THEN, add the strawberries. When the jello starts to gel, pour it over the cream cheese mixure. Top with additional Cool Whip or sprayable whipped cream.
