Over the past couple of years, business owners on Main and Broadway in Leoti have really gone all out to make their businesses look fresh and interesting again! It is all so well-appreciated!
Today, I was leaving Dollar General when I found a few men standing out in front of the store looking off to the north. Of course, being the snoopy wonder who I am, I had to take my own glance! I discovered that a local popular contractor was working on the large quonset building that belongs to John and Liz Griem-Gould. John purchased it a few years ago and uses it for storage of his seed that he sells. The contractor was pulling out the old windows and later, started covering the entire building with new materials. I cannot believe how quickly the project is moving along! (Wish our kitchen project was moving so quickly!!!)
Anyway, take a swing by the new and MUCH improved building. You'll be very impressed!!! And, please remember to say thank you to John and Liz and all of the other business owners who have spent mounds of money to make Leoti look like a much better and prettier place to live!!! Because of their efforts and the new school expansions, I personally believe that Leoti will have more people moving into our little town...
