1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stuffing Mix for Turkey
1 1/2 TO 2 pounds of lean ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup water
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (OPTIONAL)
2 green peppers, cut into strips (OPTIONAL)
4 cups spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. (1 lb.) spaghetti
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
COMBINE stuffing mix, meat, egg and water. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in slow cooker; top with vegetables and sauce. Cover with lid.
COOK on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.)
About 15 minutes before you are going to be ready to eat this, place uncooked spaghetti in water that is boiling. Continue to boil for 6-8 minutes until spaghetti is at the consistency that you like. Drain.
Place your spaghetti on you plate and cover with the meatballs and sauce.
