Two Fat Girls' Cooking

My sister, Lori, who is an incredible cook and I am are starting our own small time catering business in Leoti. We have decided on the following foods to begin business with. We are also very willing to cook your favorite foods also. We both fully realize that it is getting to be more and more problematic for families to enjoy home cooked meals. More and more women are being forced out of their homes and into the work place. So, the last thing that working couples or singles usually want to do when they get home after a long day at work, is to cook and mess up their kitchen.

That's where Lori and I come in. Just pick any of the following combos, let us know and we'll go to work for you! Please know that NONE of our meals are made out of mixes. Everything will be made fresh!!!

All meals are to feed 4-person families. Any amount of food that you do not eat at mealtime, can be easily frozen, taken out later and re-heated in the microwave.

Baked steak, REAL mashed potatoes with homemade pan gravy $20.00

One dozen pigs-in-blankets made with all-beef wieners and homemade bread dough served with potato salad and baked beans $20.00

One fried chicken, potato salad and coleslaw OR with mashed potatoes and homemade pan gravy.

Danish Frikadillers with mashed potatoes and coleslaw $20.00

Large 9" x 13" pan of Barbequed meatballs, pan of cheesey potatoes $20.00

Spaghetti and homemade spaghetti sauce like Italian cooks make for their own families--nothing jarred, loaf of garlic bread $20.00

Baked ham garnished with pineapple slices and marashino cherries served with mashed potatoes

9" x 13" tuna/noodle casserole with baby peas in cheese sauce

We will be offering exotic foreign foods. We will also be selling dinner rolls, crescent rolls, desserts at an additional charge. All foods will be put in containers that you will not need to return to us.
