My mom has always told us that "one man's junk is another man's treasure..." The older that I get, the more I believe that phrase. And, now that more and more of us are wanting to do more for our environment, it makes more sense than ever to see if someone else might want our so-called junk or trash before we haul it off to the closest landfill.
As far as I am concerned, I have managed to give away a bunch of our JUNK right here on my blog. It feels great knowing that someone else is going to be able to love whatever it is that we no longer needed!
Now, I am asking for some of YOUR junk! LOL!!!
Our herd has to go outside just like every other dog in the world. Awhile back, we built them a wooden ramp from our utility room door to their fenced-in area of the backyard. It sounded like a great idea to us, however, they didn't share in our enthusiasm... They are very reluctant in walking down it. For some reason, it downright frightens them to walk down or to walk up on it.
To comply with the City of Leoti's ordinances on not allowing your dogs to roam free in your neighborhood, we must find a different answer SOON. We have decided to bring more fencing around our porch just off of our french doors in our dining room. The herd has no problem with going out on that porch but we do. Right now, there are no steps down from the porch so that they can down into the fenced-in area. If you happen to have some boards just laying around and you wish to get them out of your way, would you please answer this in the comment box or call us at 375-4584 or 376-8922 or 874-0698? We'd be more than happy to pick it up and remove it from your property!!!
Thank you!!!
VLE-B and the Herd
