Most of us already know this. On a social network this morning, a person mentioned having a certain health issue. One of her friends recomended that she take one kind of prescription drug with another drug. PLEASE DON'T DO THIS unless you have consulted with your medical doctor or pharmacist FIRST. Some mixtures of drugs can not only be nasty but they can also KILL the patient taking them! There is a reason why doctors and pharmacists go to school so long.

Farm Consignment Sale
Don't forget that this will be this Saturday, March 2nd, at the Community Building in Leoti. Leighyn's Class of 2016 and their parents will be in charge of lunch and snacks that day. Each student is responsible for furnishing a case of pop, one pie and a bag of chips. Those items are to be taken to Mrs. Niswonger's classroom at WCJ/SHS or to the LadyBug Flower Shop in Leoti. All of these things will be taken to the Community Building that morning. We will be serving lunch and refreshments to anyone interested. You need not be there to sell or buy the equipment, etc. The public is invited just to eat if they want to! All proceeds from our food sales will be used for such things as prom and graduation for the members of Leoti's Class of 2016.

Special Treats!
Various classes sponsor meals at the WCJ/SHS ballgames to raise money for such things as prom and graduation activities. The Class of 2016 will be in charge of the meal at the high school for Tuesday evening's basketball game when Stanton County (Johnson) comes to town. Stan and I are getting ready to make up some good ol' homemade chicken and noodles for that evening. Good old fashioned chili will also be on the menu that night. Others will be putting burritos that will be smothered in green chili together! Not into noodles, chili or burritos? Not a problem! Hot dogs, macho nachos, popcorn, candy, soft pretzels and pop will also be available. The only prices that I have right now are for the noodles and burritos with green chili. Each will be sold for $5.00. If you don't have time to watch the games, you can still buy the food. The Class of 2016 appreciates your support!!!
