Wichita County's 2010-2011 Seventh Grade Class

I just have to pass this on to all of you out there!

As we know, classes younger than us in school tend to really have alot of problems with older classes. Well, this year, the upperclassmen are saying great things about the 7th grade class in Leoti. I speak to several high school students very often and a few of them have told me how much the students of the 7th grade are respected by the rest of the junior high and high school which all share the same school now. The older kids really appreciate how nice this class' students are. They are fun, studious and go out of their ways to help one another as well as the kids older and younger than them.

Past and current teachers of this class tell me that they hate it when these kids move on to the next class.

So many times, class members are so mean and nasty to the ones who just don't quite "fit in". That is not the case with the class of 2016. These kids treat each other with respect and like family.

I know that there are kids from this class and older who read my blog on a regular basis. If I haven't already told you this in person, you need to know that not only do I appreciate each of you and the way you act but I genuinely respect you myself! (How often do adults say that about younger people who are still in school?)

Keep this up, kids!!!

I sincerely hope that by the time that Abigayle's class gets to this point, that I can say the very same thing about them also.
