Paul D. Patton, age 90, passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at his home in Havana, Kansas. He was born on June 2, 1920 in Logan County, Kansas, the son of William Pinkney and Metisha Isabelle Farr Patton. A former resident of Scott City, Kansas, he was a farmer and Scott County Road Supervisor.
His favorite activity was gardening.
In 1941 he married Lena Irene Wright in Logan County, Kansas. She passed away on May 16, 2009 in Sedan, Kansas.
Survivors include One Son – Michael Patton of Havana, Kansas, One Sister – Hazel Browning of Scott City, Kansas, One Brother – Arthur Patton of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, Five Grandchildren, and Two Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife, and One Son – Ronald Eugene Patton.
Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be given to the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, c/o Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas.
