A New Sister

For my entire life, I have wished that I had been blessed with an older sister. God had already given me the two BEST younger sisters but still, I thought that an older sister would have been wonderful also. But, of course, I am smart enough to realize that my parents were going to be unable to make an older sister a reality for me...

Then...through my blog, I found my older sister. Her name is Chris (Campbell) Knowles. When I was growing up, I remember watching her in the grocery store and realizing how kool she was. But as life moved on, I completely lost track of her. That was until I began writing my blog. Honestly, I don't know how she found me but she did. As it turns out, she had been looking for a younger sister since forever also. (Chris was an only child.) Today, we enjoy each other so very much. We have not been in each other's company for MANY years but we will be next year during the 2010 Wichita County Fair if not before. In the meantime, we literally spend many hours a week catching up with one another via the telephone. It doesn't matter if Chris is in California, Italy, New York, Connecticut, Africa... we find each other.

I believe as does Chris, that we were meant to find one another again.
