The weather forecast is predicting a beautiful Sunday in our area. Folks, we need to remember that it will not be too long before we will not be able to get out and enjoy a great deal of fresh air before winter arrives here. So why not come out for the 2nd annual car/truck show that will be held at the Leoti Golf Course? General admission is totally F-R-E-E!
The Fall Cruise Fest will be held from 2-6:00 CST on Sunday, October 2nd. All proceeds go to the golf course. This event will be fun for the whole family! Though there will be vendors and F-R-E-E games, the main focus will be on the collectible vehicles there on display.
Cost for entering your car or truck is $10.00 per vehicle. That price includes ONE free meal. Entrants are invited to sign up now through Sunday. Vendors and entrants, the contact information is at the bottom of this post.
A Silent Auction will also be held that will include many items including a Travis Berning handmade pot, a K-State hand quilted throw, meat bundles, jewelry, gift certificates...
Delicious calico bean soup with cornbread, relishes, dessert will be served all afternoon. Adults: $6.00 each; children under 12: $4.00 each.
All non-profit groups are invited to make your reservations for this also. Promote your cause!
