One of our best friends was here yesterday. While she was here, she gave me a great new recipe. I thought that I should pass it on to all of you. By the way, it has the same consistency as chili.


2 pounds hamburger, browned with one onion
2 cans pinto beans with water
2 cans kidney beans with water
2 cans corn with water
2 cans diced tomatoes in juice
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans of diced green chilis
2 packages of taco seasoning

fritos or doritos (optional)
shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Place browned hamburger and onion into crock pot. Add all ingrdients. Don't drain the water off of the beans, tomatoes, etc. Everything goes into the crockpot. Cook on LOW all day.

Place fritos or doritos into bowl. Cover with soup. If desired, garnish soup with cheddar cheese.
