Mildren L. Corn--Scott City

Mildred L. Corn, 85, of Scott City passed away on March 25th of 2010 at Scott County Hospital in Scott City. She was born in Three Folks, Montana. Through her lifetime, she attended GCCC in 1942 and graduated from KSU in 1945 with a degree in Home Economics. She and her husband, Jack, owned Mr. Jack's Boutique.

On June 1st of 1948, she married Jack Corn in Garden City. He passed away in Garden City on January 26th of 1991.

She is survived by her friend and companion of 31 years--Jerry Crowel;2 sons--Don (and Linda) Corn of Denver, Colorado; Jack (and Beth) of Littleton, Colorado. 3 daughters--Kimberly (and Don) Reule of Garden City; Gloria (and Gaylen) Olmstead of Huntley, Montana, and Teresa Corn of Scott City, 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild, 4 step grandchildren, 7 step great grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held at 10:30 on Monday, March 29th, at the Community Christian Church in Scott City. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 at Valley View Cemetery in Garden City.

Memorials can be given to the Scott County Hospital for the Nursing Department in care of Price and Sons Funeral Homes of Garden City or Scott City.
