Chicken recipe

boneless chicken
eggs
can of French's (or equivalent) dried onions (such as what are used for green bean casserole)

1. Pour onions into bowl. Crumble.

2. Break 1 or 2 eggs into a bowl and stir until fully mixed.

3. Take a piece of raw chicken. Beat it with a meat hammer until it is about 1/2 inch thick.

4. Dip in eggs until fully covered.

5. Roll in the onion crumbles until chicken is covered.

6. Place in hot oil in skillet. Fry until thoroughly cooked.

Mel Giesick shared this recipe with me. He has eaten it and tells me that it is DELICIOUS! Mama and I think that we could do the same thing with beef and have great results also.
