for much of Western Kansas is in effect from 9:00 a.m., CST to 6:00 p.m., CST, on Wednesday, January 11th.

Expect sustained winds of 25 to 35 miles per hour with gusts to 50 miles per hour. This can cause blowing dirt in open areas. Light weight and high profile vehicles may experience a loss of control of their vehicle.
