David Burnett, 71, passed away at his Scott City home on Friday, October 16th. A carpenter, he lived in Scott City since 1959.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Carol Burnett, their son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Nora, also of Scott City. He also has two grandsons, Alex and Andrew, also of Scott City, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
He was preceded in death by his parents and TWENTY ONE brothers and sisters.
Memorial services will be held at the Scott County Cemetery on Monday, October 19th at 2:00. Inurnment will follow. There will be no visitations.
Memorials are suggested to the Scott County Hospital in care of Price and Sons Funeral Home in Scott City.
