The Frog Bus Stop which was formerly in front of Ryan and Cookie Altmans house has been moved to the corner of 1st and "G" which is the Matt and Chanelle Martin house. The Martins just purchased their home from Betty Yotter. So, the bus is at their NEW house! The new stop is just 1/2 block north of the original location. As of this morning, the bus stop sign has not been set up at the new location. Suppose that that has something to do with the fact that there is snow and ice on the ground? LOL!!! I am sure that once the ground is cleared, the sign will be erected.
Before I close, ever since the town bussing went into effect, the bus stops have been recognized by animal names. The bus stop has a certain animal on it's sign. The bus that goes to that stop, has the same animal on it. The bus stop in front of our house is known as the Dog Stop. It was decided to do it this way so that the younger kids can look for the proper animal at school and know which bus to load on. It has worked out great!
