After writing my previous post a few minutes ago, I went into my settings to update my comment taking. I decided to try something a bit different than just blocking all comments. NOW, you can continue to leave your comments BUT ONLY IF you are signed in as a member of my blog. All of a sudden, I will know EXACTLY who you are and so will everyone else who reads your comments! You and I will then be on nice and level ground. You won't be able to hide your identity from now on.
Not already a member? The instructions are located here. Email me if you have any problems. I will talk you through it. An advantage as being a member is that an email will be sent directly to your email box alerting you that I have made a new post.
Hopefully, hurt feelings will be spared now. Until just the past couple of weeks, negative comments were at a minimum. It was nice when we all played nicely with one another. LOL!
As far as the old comments are concerned, they will remain in place for people to read when they read that particular post. Maybe someday, I will reconsider my decision on this matter and re-open the opportunity of non-members to leave comments. We'll just have to see how that plays out.
