Military Family Day

All military and their families will be admitted free to the championship on Monday.

Wounded Warrior Challenge

Three wounded warriors, Jason Mazzella, Jason Wilcox and Chris Helton will compete against LPGA star, Stacy Lewis in a golf challenge at 10am on The Broadmoor West Course. The wounded warriors will play a scramble format against Stacy’s own ball. The competition will be held on holes 2, 3, 17 & 18 of the West Course.


Trophy Club Open to the Public

Monday only, the Trophy Club pavilion located near the 3rd green will be open to all spectators. The Trophy Club is an air-conditioned tent with amenities such as indoor/outdoor seating, televisions, scoring terminals and upscale food and beverage for purchase.


2011 U.S. Women’s Open at The Broadmoor
The U.S. Women's Open will be contested July 4 – 10 on The Broadmoor East Course designed by Donald Ross and Robert Trent Jones, Sr. This will be the seventh championship the USGA has staged at The Broadmoor. The 2011 Open will host 156 professionals and amateurs, with more than 125,000 spectators. A variety of ticket options are on sale now including the upgraded Trophy Club Package and popular 4-Pack. Kids 17 and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult.

More than 3,000 volunteers will be recruited on to work on 30 different committees.
