Elva Lee Wright, age 82, died Thursday, December 1, 2011 at the Garden Valley Retirement Village in Garden City, Kansas. She was born on July 23, 1929 in Montezuma, Kansas the daughter of Otis and Viola Hohl Frazier. A resident of Garden City since 1952, she had been the owner and operator of the Little Elf Ceramic Shop.
On August 20, 1948 she married Arthur David Wright at the family home in rural Gray County, Kansas. He survives.
Other Survivors Include: One Son, Richard D. (& Debby) Wright of Garden City, Kansas; One Brother, Darrel Frazier of Garden City, Kansas; Two Granddaughters, Brandi Walck of Holcomb, Kansas and Jaclyn Vargas of Garden City, Kansas and Eight Great-Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Justin Wright.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30am on Monday, December 5, 2011 at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas.
Friends may call from Noon-8:00pm Sunday at the Price & Sons Funeral Home.
Interment will be held in the Valley View Cemetery in Garden City, Kansas.
Memorials may be given to the Emmaus House in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home.
