Just finished talking to Lori again. It is 4:00 in the afternoon. She is feeling considerably better this afternoon versus this morning. Unfortunately, she has now been diagnosed with pneumonia in one of her lung lobes. I asked her if she is out of bed. She is and is able to sit up straight which should help to rid her lung of this unwanted infection. Her test results have not come in yet as far as Lori is aware.
With the addition of the pneumonia, her chances of getting out of the hospital may be moved to later instead of earlier.
Her cellphone cord that we bought last week has already broken. A new one was taken to her this afternoon but does not fit her phone. Therefore, she is not able to take or make any phone calls.
Today, she received two cards that REALLY brightened her day!!! I want to thank P, D and D for sharing your sunshine with her!!! I have already posted her mailing address at the hospital earlier if you are interested in sending her your own card.
