At 8:00 this morning, I dumped water out of our rainguage that measured 1.60". We had no more rain until after sundown. The storm is coming to a close in Leoti, I THINK. Just now, I walked out to our front porch to check the rainguage. It is just sprinkling right now but our guage shows another TWO AND A HALF inches! That means that in less than 24 hours, the Blaus house yard has received a whopping 4.10"! Just incredible. To my knowledge, we had no hail last night. We have had some tonight but I don't know how big it was. At 11:30, it is still raining lightly, the winds have calmed and the thunder is still rumbling. Guess we'll see if we get more rain later tonight. Rain is still in the forecast for the rest of the weekend.
Thank You, Lord, for this much needed moisture!!!
