A friend of mine shared this information with me. I am now passing it on to you.
Sherry Fry, a former resident of Leoti, passed away on September 4, 2009. Her parents were Albert and Rosalie (Spade) St. John. She was born on January 17th, 1943 in La Junta, Colorado. Sherry graduated from high school in Leoti. She lived in Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, California and Nebraska before she settled in Estes Park, Colorado in 1978. During her lifetime, she worked in the Department of Agriculture, banks and front desks of several motels in Branson, Mo., and Estes Park.
Survivors include her husband, Steve, and son, Lance Fry, both of Estes Park, her brother, Don St. John of Leoti, and several nieces and nephews. A host of friends from around the country will also miss her. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial service will be held at a later time at the Overlook Ranch in Estes Park.
