Easy and Cheap Windshield Ice Prevention Tip

Ice-proof your windshield and other windows with vinegar!!! Frost on it's way? Just fill a spray bottle up with 3 parts of vinegar and 1 part of water. For example, 3/4 cup vinegar and 1/4 cup water. Spray it on your windows at night. In the morning, they'll be clear of ice.

Why does this work??? Vinegar contains acetic acid which raises the melting point of water--preventing water from freezing!

I think that this is a tip that will be especially appreciated by those of us who found ourselves scraping away at the thick ice on our vehicles' windows during the extreme cold of this winter...

Thank you, B!!!
