Late yesterday afternoon, I found out that the Romeros, who are just like family to us, had just lost their father and grandfather. I then called down here to the LadyBug and asked that a plant be delivered to their home. Given the fact that it was so late in the day, almost 5:00, I did not expect that they would be able to deliver it until sometime today. I was surprised when I learned that it would be delivered just a few minutes after I called!
Sure enough, about 30 minutes later, we received a phone call from Karla Romero. They just wanted to call and thank us for such a beautiful plant.
Now, if that is not great service, I don't know what is.
It is wonderful knowing that we have a flower shoppe in Leoti that goes above and beyond to make sure that they sell the best possible plants and flowers at very reasonable prices and get them delivered right away!
