If you have not already called Amanda about ordering her DELICIOUS cheese or meat and cheese enchiladas, you need to get that done before Thursday evening. She'll be cooking them on Friday and they'll be ready for you that evening. You can pick them up then or she will deliver them to people in Leoti.
