Ryan Alan Skibbe--Scott City

(August 13, 1987 - November 19, 2011)

Ryan A. Skibbe, age 24, passed away at his home in Scott County, Kansas on Saturday, November 19, 2011. He was born on August 13, 1987 in Garden City, Kansas, the son of Greg & Kelli Burgess Skibbe. He graduated from Scott County High School in 2006 and was currently a college student and a farmer.


Survivors include his Father - Greg Skibbe of Scott City, Kansas, Step Mother - Ronda Skibbe of Scott City, Kansas, One Brother - Daniel Skibbe of Scott City, Kansas, Two Step Brothers - Scott McIntyre of Colby, Kansas, Jason McIntyre of Colby, Kansas, One Uncle & Aunt - Gary & Claudia Skibbe of Scott City, Kansas, Five Aunts - Dana (Burgess) Shapland of Dighton, Kansas, Marcie Burgess of Denver, Colorado, Toni (Burgess) Palen of Leoti, Kansas, Joni (Burgess) Stegman of Marienthal, Kansas, Grandfather - Max Burgess of Scott City, Kansas.


He was preceded in death by his Mother – Kelli Skibbe, Grandmother – Glenda Burgess, and Grandparents – Albert & Pauline Skibbe.


Funeral Services will be held at the First Baptist Church of Scott City, Kansas at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2011 with the Rev. Kyle Evans presiding.

Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas.

Memorials may be given to the Ryan A. Skibbe Memorial Fund % Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas.
