During the past two weeks, I have had several people ask me if the Star Theatre's Board of Directors would ever consider offering a Friday evening movie in addition to the Saturday and Sunday night shows. I did some checking on this. I was told that one of the current topics being discussed to provide the best theatre ever, is the possibility of showing movies 3 nights a week. Friday is definitely one night as a possibility.
As for me, I would LOVE to see this materialize! If I learn more, I will post it here.
Also, please remember that Summer Hours have now gone into effect for the Star. From now throughout the rest of the summer, the movie will be shown at 8:30 CST. This is done as a convenience for people who work longer and later during the warmer months of the year.

The Comedy/Drama/Romance, SOMETHING BORROWED, will be shown at 8:30 CST on Saturday and Sunday, June 4th and 5th. Stars include Ginnifer Goodwin, Kate Hudson and Colin Egglesfield.
