I just heard from a man who had read my post about being especially careful during harvest. He cautioned that more than a few farmers fail to maintain their harvest trucks, etc as well as they probably should since they only use them for a few days every year. Today, he saw a farmer driving one of these harvest trucks. He almost wrecked it because his brakes were not working--at all. Folks, he was driving this on the highway between Leoti and Modoc.
Please drive carefully!!!
