I just heard from a person about harvest vehicles. He wanted me to alert you of the fact that not all harvest vehicles have working tail lights and brakes. As I have told our children, when you drive, you are not just responsible for what your vehicle is doing. You are responsible for keeping a MAJOR eye on other vehicles too.

Another commenter told me that it is important that we make sure that mud is not covering any of our car lights. An accident last week was caused by the vehicle in the lead having caked-on mud all over his tail lights. A vehicle that came up behind him did not see the lead vehicle until it was too late.
