You may have noticed that I haven't been on here much recently. We have been spending A LOT of time outdoors. When you have health matters that keep you indoors, you take great advantage of suitable weather outside. LOL!
We started painting our house last summer but never got it all finished before it was too cold to finish it. Our son, Adam, offered to come over and help us get it done. The painting is almost done on the body of the house. Today, we hope to finish the shutters so that they can be put back onto the house. In the house, we experiment with a variety of colors. We chose to be more conservative on the exterior. The body is painted a rich yellowy cream. The shutters, trim, guttering will be a deep brown. Last summer, we had started painting the shutters a beautiful burgundy. Our neighbors must've really liked it because they decided to paint their house in the same scheme. LOL! I still think that our house will look great when we finish it. Hopefully, it will all be finished this week...
