Broccoli and Chicken Casserole

This is a recipe we enjoy a lot at holidays and for the rest of the year.

3   10 ounce packages of frozen broccoli; cooked and drained

5 chicken breasts; cooked and chopped

1 can non-diluted cream of mushroom soup

1 can non-diluted cream of chicken soup

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 1/2 cups fine bread crumbs

1/3 cup melted butter or margarine


Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Spray 9" by 13" baking dish with PAM.

Spread all of the broccoli on bottom of pan.

Place the chicken on top of it.

Blend both soups with the mayo and lemon juice.  Pour over the broccoli and chicken.

Top off with the bread crumbs and then the cheese.

Drizzle with the butter or margarine.

Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.


Yields 6 servings.
