Fruit Cobbler

2 cups Bisquick or Jiffy Baking Mix

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup water

3 cups sliced apples or peaches or whole cherries or berries.  If you prefer, you can use as many or all of these as long as everything put together comes to just 3 cups.

2 teaspoons stick butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Spray 12 inch square baking dish with PAM.

Combine the sugar, mix, cinnamon and water together until well mixed.  Pour into prepared baking dish.

Spread fruit over the mixture in dish.

Slice the stick butter or margarine into small pieces.  Drop these on top of the fruit.

Bake for 20 minutes.
