Crockpot Soup

Makes enough soup for 6-8 servings

1 pound Velveeta Cheese (cut into cubes)

1 pound ground beef, pork or turkey; browned and drained

1  15 1/4 ounce can of whole corn; undrained

1  15 ounce can kidney beans; undrained

1  14 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes and green chilies (Ro-Tel)

1  14 1/2 ounce can stewed tomatoes

2 tablespoons taco seasoning

corn chips or soft tortillas

1.  Place all ingredients EXCEPT for chips or tortillas into your slow cooker.

2.  Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours.

3.  Serve with your chips or tortillas in individual bowls.
