Bistro Burgers

1 pound groundbeef
4 Kraft Deluxe Bacon Cheddar Cheese slices
4 onion slices (1/2 inch thick)
4 hamburger buns
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Heat grill to medium heat.

Shape meat into 4 1/2 inch patties. Grill 4-6 minutes on each side or until done the way that you like it. Top with the cheese. Grill 1 minute longer or until cheese is melted.

Meanwhile, place onions and buns, cut-size down, on grill. Cook 1-2 minutes or until onions are lightly browned and buns are lightly toasted, turning onions at least once.

Spread mayo on the bun then load the hamburger with melted cheese and onions on the lower bun. Top it with any other ingredients such as catsup, mustard, etc. Then, place the top bun at the top. Enjoy!
