National Day of Prayer--May 6th

As I understand, the federal government has decided that the 2010 National Day of Prayer will be the last. Urgghh! So many of our rights are being taken away just to satisfy the few citizens who do not believe in God. That, folks, is one of the major reasons that the United States of America is going to hell in a hand basket. I hope and pray, that someone, somewhere, somehow will get this reversed in Congress!!!

In the meantime, it is scheduled for Thursday, May 6th. EVERYONE is invited to meet in front of the Robert Bruce Stewart Elementary School in front of the gym doors at 8:00 a.m., cst. The officers of the Wichita County Sheriff's Department, Firemen, EMTs, County Commissioners, Mayor and Judge have also been invited to meet the grade school students there. On a personal note, I WOULD HOPE that our City Council Men and Women are also invited to this. The information that I received did not include these people in the invitation. Hopefully, that is just an oversight...

See you there! Our prayers are VERY MUCH NEEDED in our country today!!!
