Earlier this week, it looked as if there would be no precipitation that could effect travel throughout Kansas for the holiday weekend. Now, it looks like we could get some snow or a bit of ice starting tomorrow (Thursday) evening. I don't think that it will amount to much but it could still slow travel down some. My advice to you would be to check out your current weather forecast before you strike out.
