Crockpot Meatloaf

This takes a whopping 5 minutes to put together and bakes for just 6 hours. PLUS your house does not get hot because of oven heat!

1 pound pork sausage (bulk)

1 pound ground beef or ground pork

2 cups of ketchup (divided)

1 (1.25 ounce envelope) of dry onion soup mix

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

2 eggs

1/4 cup brown sugar

Spray your crock pot with PAM.

In a large bowl, combine the meat, 1/2 cup ketchup, soup mix, bread crumbs and 2 eggs. Once well mixed, place it into your crockpot. Press it until it is as smooth and level as you can get it. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.

Approximately 30 minutes before the meatloaf is ready to eat, stir 1 1/2 cups of ketchup with between 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Mix well. Pour this over the meatloaf and continue to cook for 30 more minutes.
