I've talked to you all about this before. Since we are rapidly running out of time before it ends for 2010, I want to pass this information on to all of you again. If you can help, please do! If you do not have kids in school, you can send them with others or just drop them off at the grade school office. The BOXTOPS need to be in by this Wednesday, December 8th.
The WCHS National Honor Society sponsors this event. After it comes to an end, the top 3 producing classes will receive special treats from the NHS. Also, the classes that make their goal will also receive prizes. Last year, 5,800 boxtops were turned in to RBSES. The goal this year is to have at least 6,700. This is how things are progrssing so far:
Preschool: 680
Kindergarten: 317
1st Grade: 331
2nd Grade: 514
3rd Grade: 479
4th Grade: 465
5th Grade: 291
6th Grade: 216
That total comes to 3,293 so far.
Thank you for any help that you can give!!! These BOXTOPS are traded to the company for cash which most schools need today.
