Weather Forecast For Northwest Kansas Including Us

We are now in a Wind Chill Warning which is in effect until noon CST on Wednesday, February 2nd.

Northern winds of 30-45 mph will combine with cold temperatures from -2 to -12 to produce wind chills from -25 to -40 degrees at times.

Wind chills might rise slightly this afternoon into the -15 to -25 degree range at times (a real heat wave). LOL!!! They will dip down to the -25 to -40 degree range again tonight.

Dangerous wind chills can freeze exposed skin in LESS than 30 minutes. In other words, these wind chill values will result in frost bite to hypothermia or death if precautions are not taken.

I, for one, hope that school will be cancelled for tomorrow also.
