I just posted a recipe for loaves of gingerbread. Use that exact recipe EXCEPT do NOT use the ginger. Instead use 3/4 teaspoon cloves if you are making the smaller loaf or use one teaspoon if you are making the 2-pound loaf.
Something that I forgot to mention in the earlier recipe is that this bread will be heavier than white and wheat bread. It is also very dark because of the molasses.
Remember to package up any unused slices.
