Hot Beef and Bean Dip (CROCKPOT)

This recipes makes 15-20 servings and is cooked in a crockpot. If you prefer, this can be eaten as a main dish.

1 pound ground beef, crumbled finely, browned and drained

2 15-ounce cans refried beans

2 10-ounce cans diced tomatoes and chilies (RO-TEL)

1 package taco seasoning

1 pound Velveeta Cheese cubes

Tortilla chips

Combine the ground beef, beans, tomatoes, chilies and taco seasoning in a crockpot. Cover. Cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or on HIGH for 1 1/2-2 hours.

Stir in the cubes of cheese. Stir the mixture occasionally until all is mixed well. It will be ready to eat once the cheese is completely melted.

Serve with tortilla chips of your choice.
