I have more ideas for the Mora family.

VISA and MASTERCARD gift cards can be purchased at any time at Dollar General and probably at Security State Bank and Western State Bank. These cards look just like debit and credit cards and are used just like a debit card at any location where VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted.

I also called Dollar General to see if they sell any Dollar General gift cards that could be purchased for this family. The answer is "YES"! Just go to the store and tell the clerk or person in management that you want to purchase one of these gift cards. You can put any amount of money that you want to on that card. It will cost the purchaser a one time fee of $5.00 to activate the card. The card recipient will use the card just like a debit or credit card. It can also be reloaded with more money at any time. So...this may be another option you might be interested in doing for the family.
