Makes 6-8 servings.
3 pounds beef stew meat, cut into bite-size pieces (RAW)
1 medium onion; chopped
1 cup sliced celery
2 cup carrots; sliced
4 medium potatoes, cubed
3 tablespoons instant tapioca
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 small can tomato soup
1/3 cup water
In small bowl, place the tomato soup. Stir in all of the spices and tapioca. Slowly add the water while stirring continuously. Set aside.
Layer the meat,and then the onion, and then the potatoes , carrots, celery in your crockpot. Pour the tapioca-spice mixture over everything. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-9 hours.
