Kielbasa Soup ( CROCKPOT)

8 servings

1 pound package of your favorite frozen vegetables

1 6-ounce can of tomato paste

1 medium onion; chopped

3 medium potatoes; chopped

1 1/2 pounds of kielbasa cut into bite-sized pieces

4 quarts (1 gallon) water

parsley flakes (optional)


Place all ingredients EXCEPT parsley into a large crockpot. Cover and begin cooking on LOW. It should be cooked in 12 hours.

Dip the soup into soup bowls. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top.
