Last week was Spring Vacation in Leoti. We took good advantage of it! Stan had taken the same time off for part of his vacation from work. The majority of the vacation was taken up with renovations in our main bathroom. Tearing out the old floor, fixing 2 LARGE water leaks under the floor, used up most of that time. But even though Stan and I did a lot of work during the vacation, the four of us still had a generous amount of quality time with one another. We were very blessed!
The four of us left Leoti at around 7:00 on Friday morning en route to Colorado Springs for some much needed rest, relaxation and rejunivation. We got all three! You'll be hearing much about everything that we did while we were in the Springs for that couple of days by reading a few posts that I will be writing after this.
Anyway, I must say that it was tough seeing the vacation come to a close last night. None of us were ready to return to school or work this morning...but life goes on.
