Perform Cough CPR on Yourself???

I just received two email that were exact copies on doing Self CPR. Though everything that was written sounded good, I thought that I should check with snopes.com before I posted it here. I am glad that I did. Here is why.

"Coughing repeatedly and on a regular rhythem is NOT going to save your life if you are having a heart attack. This email has been circulating throughout the internet since June of 1999. If you were to attempt cough CPR at the wrong time (because you misjudged the kind of cardiac event) or went about it in the wrong way, it could make matters worse..."
